The B & B is located on a beautiful hill with a view of the Lago di Penne and the Majella on the one hand, and the town of Penne on the other. An olive grove with about 70 trees is located behind the house. There are also a few walnut trees and various fruit trees on the land. The total area of the site is 1.3 hectares. The house is quietly located a few kilometers from the lively village of Penne and centrally located between the Adriatic coast and the Gran Sasso. There is a spacious garden with swimming pool, pizza oven and jacuzzi, with a magnificent view over the olive groves and the hills.
The house consists of 2 floors. The whole house has central heating by means of a gas combi boiler (2016). The hot water supply in the B&B rooms is done by means of electric water heaters (30 liters – 2016)). The house is connected to the municipal water supply. All windows have double glazing. The sewage system from the house is connected to a septic tank. The sewerage system was completely redesigned in 2016.
On the first floor is the house with an eat-in kitchen, a living room, a bathroom and a bedroom. The kitchen is equipped with a kitchen with all necessary built-in appliances such as a dishwasher, gas stove, extractor hood, refrigerator (314 l.), Freezer (210 l.), Oven and combination microwave. The kitchen diner has a wood stove in addition to central heating. From the living room you have a beautiful view of Lake Penne and the Majella.
